When you’re not in the yard

A fence you can follow from your phone.

Plenty of yards belong to people who aren’t standing in them — the closing is remote, the season is wrong, the work week is somewhere else. We build for those owners the same way we build for the ones leaning on the tailgate watching.

  • Photos sent while the crew works — not a single “all done” text at the end.
  • Questions answered as they come up, so a decision about a gate or a panel line doesn’t stall the day.
  • The yard left clean — offcuts, spoil and hardware packaging hauled out with us.
Not local right now? Text the address and we can walk the line, measure and send the estimate without you being there.

Deed-restricted neighborhoods

The HOA packet, handed to you the same visit.

If your neighborhood has an association, the approval packet usually shows up long before the fence does — and that is where most fence projects sit and wait. We bring the forms with us, fill in the drawing and the spec, and leave the written estimate in your hands before we pull off the street.

Approval is always your association’s decision. What we control is how fast the paperwork and the number get to you, and that part does not have to take a week.

  • Plot-plan drawing marked with the fence line, height and gate locations.
  • Material and color spec written the way most associations ask for it.
  • The estimate in writing, so the board and your budget see the same number.

What the crew builds

Fence work across the Bay

New runs, replacements and repairs — residential property lines, side yards, pool enclosures and new-construction lots.

Privacy fence

Solid panel runs in wood and vinyl — full property lines, side yards and back-of-house screening, set on a string line and finished square.

Walk gates & double gates

Matching gates hung on heavy hinges and latches, including double gates wide enough to get a mower, a trailer or a truck through.

Aluminum & ornamental

Powder-coated picket panels for the yards that need a fence line without losing the view — pool sides, side yards and front returns.

Storm damage repairs

Blown panels, leaning posts and torn-out sections put back straight — matched to what is already standing wherever the material still runs.

New-construction runs

Fresh lots with nothing on the line yet — posts set, panels staged and the whole run closed in, often inside a single working day.

A yard the dog can be turned loose in

Pet containment done properly — solid, closed and latched, with the gap under the run closed off so the line actually holds.

What customers say

Words from the yard

“We were out of state for the whole install and never once had to wonder how it was going. Photos came through as the posts went in, and the questions I sent back got answered the same afternoon. Walked the line when we flew home and it was straight as a rule.”

“Our association is strict and I expected the paperwork to drag on for weeks. They showed up with the forms already in hand, drew the fence line on the plot plan and left the written estimate with me the same visit. Approved on the first pass.”

Placeholder review · Marcus

“Storm took out a long section along the back line. They came out, matched what was still standing and had it closed back in without me having to replace the whole run. Second time we have used them and it will not be the last.”

Placeholder review · Dana

“All I wanted was somewhere the dog could be off the leash. They closed the gaps under the run without me having to ask and the latch is high enough that he cannot nose it open. He has not been out of that yard once.”

Placeholder review · Priya

“Called on a Friday, had the quote that afternoon and the crew on site early the following week. Whole run went up in a day, the gate swings true and they swept the driveway before they left. Fair price, no surprises on the invoice.”
